An Electrical Sub for GCs, Property Managers and Industrial Tenants
INE is based in Santa Fe Springs, a largely industrial city in southeast Los Angeles County. We take on new construction, tenant improvements, service upgrades and ongoing maintenance in office, retail, restaurant and warehouse/industrial buildings across LA and Orange County, all under C-10 license #1067654.
For General Contractors
At bid stage, we walk the plans with you and give you a real number before work starts. Once awarded, we work from your drawings, flag conflicts with other trades before rough-in, and schedule our phases around your build-out. On TI work we plan backward from your occupancy date, so the electrical inspection isn't what holds up the opening.
For Industrial and Warehouse Tenants
New machinery, an equipment move, added charging or a bigger service all start with a load calculation. We scope circuits, panels and service capacity, including 400A and 800A commercial service work, around where your operation is headed, not only where it is today. Lighting can be part of the same scope, including LED retrofits.
For Property Managers
Multi-unit and multi-tenant buildings need an electrician who answers the small calls, not only the big projects. We offer scheduled inspection and maintenance contracts, troubleshoot problems in occupied suites with as little disruption as possible, and leave a written record of what was checked and repaired for your files.
Permits, Inspections and Documentation
We pull the electrical permit, coordinate inspections, and hand over labeled panels, panel schedules and circuit directories that your facilities team and the next inspector can read.
